Hello, I’m David

I’m an artist and animator from the pacific northwest with a love for story, music, and quirky visuals.

I moved to New York City in 2018 to complete my studies in computer animation and interactive media at the Fashion Institute of Technology, graduating in 2020.

My primary work includes digital illustration, traditional 2D hand-drawn animation, and motion graphics, a composite of 2D and 3D elements.

In everything I create, I seek to pull focus, tell a story, inspire, and inject a little humor and whimsy. This is what I call Empfindsamerstyle.
